Ravi Jasrasaria
Head of Operations - North East India
Ravi is a proud Edmundian from Shillong, Meghalaya. As an entrepreneur for over a decade he has been working with municipal and other government departments on social infrastructure projects across North East India. He has also been manufacturing ecologically sustainable briquettes' from sawmill waste in both Assam and Nagaland supplying 'green coal' to industries in the region. At Greenassets, he is committed to leading our eco-friendly technology projects across the north eastern state of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland & Sikkim.
Priyanka Rai
Director - Education
Priyanka is an alumna of Loreto Convent, Shillong and is a nature lover at heart. She has spent her professional life teaching English, Life Skills and Career Counselling young students at two reputed boarding schools of India. In September 2019 she became India's first eduCCateGlobal™ Climate Change Teacher, accredited by UN CC:Learn. She is passionate about teaching and environmental conservation. At Greenassets she is spearheading our education and outreach activities to spread awareness on Climate Change and the Green Economy.
Himanshu Sharma
Head of Operations - Himachal Pradesh
Himanshu is a native of Manali and has been conducting ecologically sustainable tours and expeditions for the past 25 years. He is a Swiss trained ski instructor and has held various senior managerial and advisory positions for groups including The Oberoi Hotels and Himalayan Ski Village. His passion for conserving the fragile himalayan environment for future generations led him to work actively with several NGOs' involved in conservation and wildlife protection initiatives in the region. At Greenassets, he is committed to leading our eco-friendly technology projects across the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Romik Rai
Partner & CEO
Romik is a qualified Actuary and expert in Financial Risk Management. He has held various management and financial advisory positions with large insurance groups across Europe and Asia where he developed risk assessment and valuation systems. Since 2015 he has dedicated himself to introducing new technologies in clean energy and waste management to the Himalayan region. At Greenassets, he is in charge with the overall wellbeing of the company while ensuring it stays risk averse and financially healthy without losing sight of its vision.
Ritesh Kumar
Partner & Head - Projects
Ritesh started his career with Reliance Communications when wireless technologies first became mainstream where he excelled in sales and operations. He then sailed some of the toughest seas around the world as a merchant navy officer working on offshore projects on rigs and platforms. His rich experience with heavy machinery and engineering equipment helps us to implement cutting edge technology solutions. At Greenassets, he oversees project implementation and delivery teams to ensure we have zero defects on site.

Marguerite Rai
Partner & Investor
Marguerite is an educationist and social worker. She has dedicated over 40 years to teaching children, running an educational institution and working with adults with special needs. As Director, Hai-ka-shain High School she provided affordable quality english education in the heart of Dehradun for over a decade. After moving to Mumbai in 2005 she dedicated 11 years to Dilkhush Sheltered Workshop for intellectually challenged adults. Her angel investment helped this dream take flight and we continue to touch more lives through her love and support.
Shubham Prajapati
Manager Finance & Accounts
Shubham is an experienced accountant and has worked for over 5 years with a reputed Charted Accountancy firm in Dehradun. He is a founding member of Greenassets and since 2015 he has been managing our invoicing, payments, accounts and tax filing.
Amit Kumar
Manager - Servicing & Maintainence
Amit is a NSDC certified Solar Technician and has over a decade of experience in installation and maintenance of IT Networks, Solar Power Plants and Solar Security Fencing Systems across North India. At Greenassets he manages the after sale servicing and maintenance of all the technologies we offer.
Rahul Singla
Senior Technician
Rahul is an experienced technician who has worked with many of India's leading Clean Energy and Waste Management technology providers. At Greenassets since 2017 he has been conducting service, maintenance and repairs of all the technologies we offer.

Phillip is a serial entrepreneur with over 10 years' experience working at every stage of a renewable energy deal from conception to completion, spanning global markets for solar PV, wind, small-hydro and biogas opportunities on behalf of investors. His thought leadership has been featured in MIT Sloan Management Review as well as for the International Institute for Environment & Development. He holds an MSc from the University of Edinburgh and is currently the Chairman & CEO of Enian Ltd.
Shivani is the Founder & Program Director of 'Sathi All For Partnerships' for over 11 years now, working on sustainable development area planning, where women have equal access, ownership and control of resources, public and private. She has authored numerous research publications on gender inequality and environmental sustainability and is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in social work. She also has a PG Diploma in human resource development and an M Phil. in Gender studies.
