FRONT / REAR PANEL : Material 1.60 mm thick IS: 2062.
WELDING : All internal joints are fully welded by hand with all internal body seams continuously welded.
SIDE PANEL : Material 1.60 mm thick IS: 2062
BASE : Material 1.60 mm thick IS: 2062
TOP FRAME : The top frame is complete welded square tube Size – With Top Lid 25x25 mm and Without Top Lid 32x32 mm.
TOP LID : 1.20 mm Thick MS sheet properly strengthened with proper square pipe of 25x25 mm.
HANDLES : Danish handle at both ends of the container. Bright bar Ø16 mm BS EN 10305.
WHEEL BRACKET : 3.00 mm thick pressed steel to a minimum height of 40 mm welded to pressed base.
EMBOSSING : 5 Nos. embossing by hydraulic press to emboss on front and back panel for more strength of plate. 04 no’s emboss on each side panel.
DRAIN SYSTEM : We provided 5 Nos. holes in bottom plate of garbage bin, for rain water not stay in garbage bin.
LIFTING BAR : 3.00 mm thick Seamless steel tube with diameter 42 mm with step profile to ensure safe and efficient on vehicle lift.
WHEEL : All four casters are 200 mm Diameter steel centered Caster wheel. All wheel 360˚ swivel arrangement.
